These Official
Rules apply only to entrants located in Japan. By entering, entrants acknowledge and
agree that the Sweepstakes is open to entrants outside of the Rules Territory,
and that they will be competing with such entrants for all prizes listed
herein.
Eligibility. Within the Rules
Territory, Sweepstakes Participation open only to Japan residents who are
twenty-one (21) years
of age or older as of October 1, 2013. Void where prohibited, taxed or
restricted by law. Employees, officers & directors of Sony Music
Entertainment (“Sponsor”) its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates,
partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or
distributors of Sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents,
children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related
or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter.
1. How to Enter. The Sweepstakes will begin on October 1, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. ET and
will end on November 8, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter
the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.britneyspears.com/ and navigate to the Sweepstakes entry form, and follow the instructions to enter, including, but not
limited providing your full name, date of birth and email address.
Entrants may enter in any or all of the following two (2) ways:

Interact with one (1) or
more of the Britney Spears’ games on the Sweepstakes page at least one (1) time
for a chance to win; and/or
·
Tweet a pre-composed Sweepstakes
message via Twitter.
Enter up to two (2) times
per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) each of the types of
entry as set out above. One (1) prize per person, including any Winner’s
guest. No automated entry devices and/or
programs permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible,
stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted
or garbled entries, which will be disqualified. Only fully completed entry
forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of
receipt by Sponsor.
3.
Prizes.
Six (6) Grand Prize Winners shall
each receive

Two
(2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major
international airport nearest winner’s hometown to an airport located in or
around Las Vegas, NV; during Winter 2013/2014 (dates to be determined at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor);

Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard,
one room, double occupancy) in or around Las Vegas, NV; and during Winter 2013/2014 (dates to
be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor);

Two
(2) tickets to see Britney Spears perform at a secret location in Las Vegas, NV
during Winter 2013/2014 (dates to be determined at the sole discretion of the
Sponsor).
Winners and their guests must
be at least twenty-one (21) years old as of October 1, 2013 and if a
Winner is a resident of Japan, he or she
and his or her guest must also have a valid passport and any other travel
documentation required for entry into the United
States. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions,
provided that the Sponsor reserves the right
to substitute the prize in whole or in part for a prize of equal or greater
value in the
event that any component of the prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes may not be
sold, bartered or transferred. Prizes do not include any additional expenses,
including, but not limited to, federal, provincial, state and local sales or
other taxes and surcharges which are the responsibility of each winner
Approximate combined retail value of all
prizes is Twenty Thousand US Dollars (USD$20,000.00). The approximate retail value of
the prizes represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. Sponsor reserve the
right to award a prize of equal or greater value.
By accepting and/or participating in the
prize, each winner and his or her guest agrees to release and hold harmless
Sponsor, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents,
successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability,
for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without
limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in
connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes,
or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any
Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights,
defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if the
Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded including, but
not limited to due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts
of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants
who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this
Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified.
If, for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control
(including, but not limited to, tampering or computer virus infection), the
Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its
sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes,
without liability. All
taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility
of winner. All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these
Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this
Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will
be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Winners and Winners’ guests will
be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and
Liability/Publicity Release within four (4) calendar days of prize notification.
If the Winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these
Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon
prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
4. Random Drawing/Odds. Six (6) Winners will be
selected in a series of random drawings during the Sweepstakes Period, namely,
every Friday after 12:01 p.m. ET, from all eligible entries received through
such random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received. Winners will be notified by telephone or email and if a Winner cannot
be contacted within three (3) calendar days of first notification attempt, the
prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all
remaining eligible entries. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and
unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the
judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the
Sweepstakes.
5.
Conditions. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Participation in
this Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes Winner’s permission for
Sponsor to use his/her name, address, state, photograph and/or any statements
made by Winner the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional
purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by
law. By participating, entrants, Winner, agree to release and hold harmless
Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents,
successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all
liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including
without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may
occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in
Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or
participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on
publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
Sponsor is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded
including, but not limited to due to travel cancellations, delays or
interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or
acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or
attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified.
There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase
does not increase odds of winning.
6. Additional Terms. In the case of dispute as to the identity of
any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of
the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder”
is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g.
business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email
addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any
potential Winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such
Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the
winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic,
programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, its
affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible
for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications
malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human
intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry
information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or
delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the
Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other
person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this
Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes
should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention,
fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select
the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if
appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its
sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in their sole
discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the
Sweepstakes or web site. Sponsor may
prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize
if, in their sole discretion, they determine that said entrant is attempting to
undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking,
deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated
quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any
other entrants or Sponsor’s representatives.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN
ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

of Data. Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants in
accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sony Music Entertainment

participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection
and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and
accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

２０１３年９月３０日～同年１１月８日の期間中、下記公式ルールに従い参加の上抽選会に応募すると、２０１３年或いは２０１４年の冬の期間（日程は追って後日発表いたします）にラスベガスで開催が予定されているブリトニー・スピアーズのシークレット・ライヴへ、全世界の対象者の中から６組（１２名）が招待されます。この全世界には日本も含まれます。
抽選会は上記期間中、毎週米国東部標準時間金曜日午後１２時０１分以降に行われます。更に、規定に従ってご参加頂く限りは複数回エントリーすることができます（詳細については下記公式ルール全文をご覧ください）。

この抽選会に参加する為に、チケットや商品を購入する必要はありません。何らかの商品購入が当選確率に影響することはありません。全ての連邦州、地方自治体法、法令が適用されるものとされ、禁じられている地域では無効とします。
これらのルールは日本のみに適用されます。参加者はこの抽選が日本地域以外の参加者にも参加資格があることを認め、ここに挙げる全ての賞品獲得を巡りそれら全ての参加者との競合となることを承諾するものとします。
2. 参加資格

3. 参加方法
抽選参加期間は２０１３年９月３０日午後１時（米国東部標準時間）に始まり、同年１１月８日午後１２時（米国東部標準時間）に終了します。抽選に参加する為には（ＨＰ）にアクセスし、抽選参加フォームを操作し、操作説明に従って氏名/出生地/E-mailアドレスを含む情報を記入していただきます。参加者は下記3つの方法でエントリーすることができます（複数の方法でのエントリーも可）。
l 抽選ページ上のブリトニー・スピアーズのゲームで１種類以上対戦する
l 事前に作成された抽選用メッセージをツイッターでツイートする
l 事前に作成された抽選用メッセージをフェイスブックでシェアする
抽選参加期間中1日につき３回までエントリー可能です（上記３種類を各１回ずつ）。自動エントリー装置やプログラムを使用したエントリーは無効となります。「スポンサー」は次の要因によってエントリーが無効となっても責任は負いません。
エントリーの紛失/遅延/判読不能なエントリー/エントリーの盗難/記入不備/不適切な記入/不明瞭な記入/誤った記入/機械の故障等による破損/文字化け

ご覧いただくシークレット・ライヴの日程は「スポンサー」の単独裁量によって決定されます。
当選者とそのゲストは2013年9月30日の時点で２１歳以上でなければならないとし、有効なパスポート及び米国入国に必要な書類の提出が必要です。
賞品は譲渡/売却/交換は出来ません。交換や現金償還も出来ませんが、「スポンサー」が何らかの理由で賞品の用意が出来ない場合、賞品の全部もしくはその一部を、同等かそれ以上の価値の賞品と代替する場合があります。
賞品には連邦税/地方税やその他の税金含むその他全ての費用は含まれないものとし、それらは各当選者の負担となります。

当選者とそのゲストは、当選案内から4日以内に承諾書に署名し、提出することを求められます。もし当選者が賞品の受領を拒否したり、これら抽選会に関わるルールや条件に従わない場合は失格となります。その場合には残りの参加者から別の当選者が選ばれます。失格となった場合には、その代償は付与されません。
11. 抽選/当選確率について
６名の当選者は参加適格者の中から、抽選参加期間中毎週金曜日午後12時０１分（米国東部標準時間）以降に、厳選な抽選によって選ばれます。当選確率は各回の有効なエントリーの数によって変動します。当選者には電話かE-mailにより当選を案内しますが、もし最初の当選案内から３日以内に当選者と連絡が取れなかった場合は、失格となり、別の当選者が残りの有効エントリーの中から選ばれます。抽選会参加者は全面的且つ無条件に、抽選会に関連する全ての条項の最終決定権や拘束力を持つ審査員の判断や、これらのルールに従う事を了承するものとします。
12. 参加条件
この抽選会及び商品の受領等に伴い発生する税金の全ては、当選者の負担となります。
この抽選会への参加と賞品の受領に関して、当選者は「スポンサー」に対し、法律に抵触しない範囲で、氏名/住所（都道府県）/写真/当選者の抽選会あるいは「スポンサー」に対してのコメントを、広告やプロモーション目的で無許可、無償で使用することを許諾するものとします。

いかなる理由による不完全或いは不正確なエントリー情報のキャプチャー及び取り込み/参加自体を妨げるコンピューターの送信ミス/文字化け/遅延に責任を負わないものとします。抽選会の参加あるいは抽選における、何らかの素材ダウンロードに起因する参加者若しくは他の者のコンピューターへの被害や破損に関しても責任を負わないものとします。
「スポンサー」はその単独裁量により、コンピューター・ウィルス/不審者による妨害/不正行為/制御不能/運営上の理由/セキュリティ上の理由/公正性の欠如その他の理由により抽選会が適切に行えなくなった場合、この抽選会をキャンセルしたり、終了したり、変更したり、延期したり中断する権利を有します。そのような場合は、「スポンサー」はその中止その他の行為以前に受領した全ての有効エントリーから当選者を決定するものとします。「スポンサー」はその単独裁量により、もしウェブサイト上あるいは抽選行程において不正行為を見つけた場合、その個人の資格をはく奪することができます。
